Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
Email or WhatsApp us your order number with photos of the product and packaging. We will confirm the pickup or return steps.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
